FAQ
What is your refund policy on admissions fees?
We ask that you give a 90 day written notice when withdrawal is necessary. If notice has not been given to the administration in writing, you may be responsible for up to three months tuition. There is an additional withdrawal/dismissal processing fee of $75 due at the time of the withdrawal request. Any prepaid tuition will be refunded once fees have been taken care of. If a student begins after the school year has begun, tuition charges will be prorated according to the number of weeks remaining in the school year. All registration, book, and activity fees are non-refundable.
If I enroll multiple children, do I have to pay the full enrollment fee for each child?
We offer a 5% discount for tuition paid in full by May 31, 2023 and a 2.5% discount for tuition paid in full by August 11, 2023.
Our monthly payments are paid over ten months beginning August 1, 2023, through May 1, 2024. Our weekly payments are due by close of business on Mondays. Weekly billing statements are sent out on the previous Friday of each week.
We also offer a sibling discount applicable to the oldest sibling’s tuition. Our discount rates are as follows: 10%, 1st sibling; 15%, 2nd sibling; 20%, 3rd sibling; 30%, 4 plus sibling. Please ask us about our military, first responder, and teacher discount.
